How you will make an impact

As part of our IT support team, you'll handle 1st and 1.5-level support, guiding users through issue resolution and ensuring smooth operation of systems and devices. You’ll troubleshoot remotely using SCCM, document requests in the ITSM tool, and collaborate with higher-level teams for complex issues.
