We are looking for a motivated and results-driven **Junior Systems Engineer** to join our infrastructure team.
You will play a key role in managing, growing, and monitoring our services and products.
This is a hands-on technical role where you'll gain experience working with both on-premises and cloud environments.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Support and administer Windows and VMware environments.
- Help automate processes such as installation, configuration, backups, monitoring, and alerting.
- Manage patching, vulnerability remediation, and OS updates for servers and workstations, both on and off network.
- Provide hardware and software maintenance and user support; troubleshoot technical issues.
- Document incidents, diagnostics, and root cause analysis.
- Maintain documentation for software/hardware setup and operational procedures.
