Perform the installation, configuration, layout and maintenance of hardware and software equipment’s
Solve, manage and document customer’s queries, tickets and requests and develop other departmental administrative tasks
Solve most tickets in the first contact and otherwise elevate it with criteria
Automate processes as much as possible, for example by helping with perform scripts in different languages (Power Shell, Python,...) to improve and maintain the environment
Test internal developments and improvements
