**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
Own and execute full‑cycle recruitment (A-Z) for all positions in Norway and across Europe, partnering directly with hiring managers, the Chief Human Resources Officer, and our US Talent Acquisition counterpart.
Uphold and continuously refine recruitment standards, ensuring compliance with local labour laws and alignment with global best practices.
**Champion employer‑branding initiatives**: create engaging content, strengthen our social‑media presence, and represent the company at career fairs and industry events.
Advise hiring managers on role scoping, job descriptions, compensation guidelines, and structured interviewing techniques.
