Ongoing review of loan and security related transaction documents
Covenant monitoring through the collection and analysis of financial statements and information, with immediate distribution and posting of required documentation to the lender group
Facilitating deal amendments and handling the collection of lender votes within required timeframes
Facilitating obligor accessions
Ensuring timely updates of relevant GLAS internal systems and databases
Shadowing senior team members on more complex transactions
Responding promptly to queries and requests from transaction counterparties, providing exceptional customer service
