Position Overview

Job Scope
  • Review and manage treasury-related legal documents (e.g. banking agreements, KYC, trade finance) and flag risks or issues
  • Coordinate global bank documentation, including account opening/closing and signatory updates
  • Support bank guarantee applications and ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements
  • Maintain accurate records of bank accounts, authorised signatories, and treasury documentation
  • Manage treasury transactions and data in TMS and SAP (e.g. FX, trade finance, intercompany loans)
  • Provide system support for treasury platforms and ensure secure banking connectivity
  • Support M&A activities and assist in process improvements, automation, and digitalisation initiatives
Requirements
