Job Description

Support the evaluation and execution of Joint Venture (JV) and M&A opportunities by owning the business plan and financial modeling for each case. Deliver robust analysis, scenario modeling, and clear presentations that enable decision-making and value creation, coordinating primarily with internal teams (Finance, Strategy, Operations, Product) and supporting day‑one readiness and performance tracking under the guidance of the Head of JV Development.
