We are seeking Singapore-based Engineers with strong experience in Apache Kafka and/or Confluent Kafka. Candidates with Java development expertise and experience supporting enterprise-scale event-driven platforms are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Administer, monitor, and maintain Kafka clusters across Production, UAT, and Development environments.

Deploy and manage Kafka clusters using KRaft and ZooKeeper architectures.

Configure and maintain topics, partitions, replication, retention policies, SSL/TLS encryption, and ACL-based security.

Troubleshoot Kafka-related issues including broker failures, consumer lag, replication delays, partition imbalances, and performance bottlenecks.

Perform capacity planning, performance tuning, and high-availability implementations.

Develop, support, and troubleshoot Java/Spring Boot applications integrated with Kafka.
