Key Responsibilities

• Lead hands‑on technical administration of a large enterprise Kafka deployment with multi‑data‑center and cloud stretch clusters.
• Ensure high availability of Kafka services through failover mechanisms, rapid recovery processes, monitoring, and knowledge sharing.
• Optimize platform performance by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks, and recommending infrastructure and design changes.
• Implement and enforce security policies in accordance with Rogers security guidelines, including Kerberos, TLS, ACL, RBAC, OAuth, and other hardening measures.
