Te Kura Whaiora ki Te Tonga / Southern Health School supports ākonga to seek health and wellbeing through continuous education. We work alongside families, schools, and health professionals to ensure continuity of learning during periods of significant illness and facilitate successful transitions back to regular schooling.
This position contributes to the Flexible Learning Access Project, supporting ākonga with complex health needs who attend learning programmes on variable days and times. The role requires regular travel within the Greater Christchurch catchment and to other approved locations, including homes, community settings, and health facilities.
