Position Overview

 
  Preparing doner kebab, including marination, slicing, assembling, and serving.  
 Preparing pide and lahmacun.  
 Preparing side dishes such as falafel, hummus, baba ganoush, and other related items.  
 Ensuring food quality, consistency, hygiene, and proper portioning.  
 Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace.  
 Assisting with ingredient preparation, stock handling, and daily kitchen operations.  
 Working closely with the team to ensure smooth service and timely food output.  
 Minimum 5 years experience in Turkish or Middle Eastern cuisine.  
 Able to prepare doner kebab from marination to service.  
 Able to make pide, lahmacun, and common side dishes.  
 Good knowledge of kitchen hygiene and food safety.  
 Able to work in a fast-paced environment.  
 Responsible, hardworking, and a good team player.
