About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Keepsake & Preparation Coordinator to join our clients team. This role plays a key part in supporting families during sensitive times by ensuring respectful preparation and handling of pets and coordinating cremation and viewing processes with care and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide regular supervision and support within the preparation area
• Wash and prepare pets for viewings when required
• Conduct viewing cremations, as well as gold and platinum cremation services as needed
