Summit is seeking an ambitious Employee Benefits Advisor to spearhead its client acquisition efforts. You will cultivate relationships with key decision-makers while designing both health and wellness benefits solutions. This role provides the tools and autonomy to succeed, rewarding those who are proactive and results-driven in building their own book of business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and connect with business owners and HR executives
• Convert discussions into potential clients
• Create and present tailored benefits plans
• Oversee client interactions from initial meeting to renewal
• Collaborate with teams and carriers to finalize deals
Requirements:
• 3+ years in employee benefits or group insurance
• Must hold a Life & A&S license
