We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles Dubai as our new Ken Fix‑It Technician responsible for carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance of guestrooms to ensure all facilities, equipment, and fixtures are maintained in excellent operating condition and in accordance with hotel quality, safety, and brand standards. The role requires a multi‑skilled technician capable of performing civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general maintenance works while ensuring minimal disruption to hotel operations and guest satisfaction. This position reports to the Engineering Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled Preventive Maintenance (PPM) of guestrooms in accordance with the approved maintenance programme.
• Perform multi‑skilled maintenance including civil, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, painting, and minor furniture repairs.
