Position Overview
Role Purpose
The role aims is to develop sales within modern retail chains in Hungary through strong in-store execution and by maintaining a constant relationship with category managers in the points of sale.
The position is mainly oriented towards field activity: store visits, monitoring product presence on shelves, and stimulating orders at store level. In the medium term, the role is designed as a development step towards the Key Account Manager position, with gradual involvement in the relationship with retailers purchasing headquarters.
Main Responsibilities
In-store Execution
β’ Regular visits to modern retail chain stores in Hungary.
β’ Direct interaction with department managers or category managers in stores.
β’ Monitoring product presence on shelves (listing, stock levels, positioning, compliance with planograms).
β’ Identifying opportunities to improve product visibility in stores.
