Key Accounts Manager – Southern Africa Cluster (Johannesburg, South Africa)
Reports to the Head of Cluster, ZASA. The role covers the Southern Africa Cluster including South Africa and SADC territories. The successful candidate will drive growth with existing and new partners, building strategic relationships and delivering omni‑channel success.
Responsibilities
- New Business Development & Market Expansion (40%)
• Proactively identify, pitch and onboard new customers in untapped sectors such as sub‑distribution, independent retail and telecommunications.
• Drive DCS growth across the wider Southern African territories (SADC).
• Aggressively develop and optimise partner portals for online customers to ensure digital shelf excellence. - Omni‑channel Account Management (30%)
