- Establishing Havells as a significant player in Low Voltage Switchgear & Control Gear products
- Create critical Market Share (Value & Volume) for IP, CP, CG, PQ Products by acquiring bigger slice of market by exploring New Customer in “Real Estate & Commercial Building Segment ” and its important stake holders including MEP Consultants / PMC etc.
