Responsibilities

• Channel Coordination and Maintenance: Fully connect with local distributors, agents, cooperative merchants and other channel resources in Malaysia, cooperate with BDM to implement daily operation and maintenance after channel landing, conduct regular channel visits, communication and empowerment, sort out channel cooperation processes, solve problems in order, after-sales and policy docking during channel cooperation, maintain stable channel partnership, and improve channel loyalty and cooperation efficiency.
• Full-cycle Management of Key Customers: Be responsible for daily maintenance and in-depth operation of key major customers and high-quality B-end customers in Malaysia handed over by BDM, regularly connect with customer decision-makers and executives, accurately explore subsequent needs and potential cooperation pain points of customers, formulate personalized customer service plans, promote customer repurchase, cros...
