This is a full-time on-site role for a Key Account Manager. The Key Account Manager will be responsible for managing key client accounts, developing and implementing business plans, providing exceptional customer service, and overseeing key account relationships on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
At least 5 corporate/enterprise sales experience in Telecom, IT or High Tech Solutions
Analytical Skills and Business Planning
Account Management and Customer Service
Experience in managing Key Accounts
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Knowledge of the telecommunications industry is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
