About the role

We are a fast-growing B2B SaaS company building technology for lenders — banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and ARCs — to automate their collections and legal recovery workflows. As Key Account Manager, you are the single point of contact for our clients. Every request, allocation, and deliverable flows through you — you own the relationship, coordinate delivery across internal teams, and make sure clients get exactly what they need, when they need it.
