Role and Responsibilities – Key Account Manager
Reporting to the Sales Director, the role primarily consists of relationship led strategic account management and new business development. Using a strategic, value-based approach, you will be responsible for growing existing key accounts while proactively developing new business opportunities.
Other responsibilities include:
Provide technical support to customers (application engineering solutions)
Cross-functional collaboration to achieve operational and strategic objectives
Management of OEM accounts
Negotiate pricing and commercial terms with customers
