Introduction

To manage and grow relationships with Sorbets stakeholders to ensure long-term partnerships, customer satisfaction, and consistent revenue growth. The role focuses on building strong relationships, understanding the franchise partner’s needs, and identifying opportunities to expand the business through new and exciting products or services. The Key Account Manager also ensures the franchise partners receive a high level of service, resolves issues quickly, and acts as the main point of contact between the suppliers and Sorbet. You will work cross functionally with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery and alignment with Sorbets expectations.
