Key responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional key account strategies across Southeast Asia.
- Manage relationships with key retail partners, distributors and travel retail customers to drive sustainable business growth.
- Lead annual business planning, commercial negotiations and joint business plans with strategic accounts.
- Analyse sales performance, market trends and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Demand Planning, Finance and Supply Chain teams to ensure seamless execution of commercial initiatives.
