Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key sellers, ensuring their needs are met, and any issues are addressed in a timely and effective manner
Act as the main bridge between sellers and the operations team, ensuring effective coordination
Work closely with the operations team to ensure continuous improvement on seller experience, performance & operational processes
Identify potential new markets and sellers to drive the growth of the logistics platform
Develop and execute strategies for acquiring new sellers, including outreach, pitching, and negotiations
Oversee accounts assigned by sales leads, including driving sales, negotiating deals, operational improvement and campaign participation to maximize growth
Requirements
