工作职责Responsibilities:

  • 负责区域集采客户（至少前100名房地产开发商）的搜索，开发和合同达成
  • Responsible for key accounts (at least top 100 real estate developers) search, development and contracts achievement.
  • 负责全国集采客户项目的落地和任务达成
  • Responsible for all business work relevant to key account projects in responsible area.
  • 建立经销商网络以确保本地项目的实施和执行
  • Develop dealer network to ensure local projects implementation and execution
  • 实现每月，每季度和每年的OI和销售收入目标
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly OI and sales revenue target
  • 控制付款条件和应收账款状态以确保安全的现金流
  • Control payment terms and AR status to ensure safe cash flow
  • 筹备、组织本地区与市场开发、产品宣传有关的产品展览会、研讨会；
  • Preparation, organization of the region and market development, product promotion related products exhibition, seminar
