Key Responsibilities

• Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure client needs are addressed in a timely and efficient manner.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage continued business and account growth.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, IT, Billing, etc.) to ensure smooth service delivery and resolution of client concerns.
• Assist in preparing proposals, service agreements, and commercial documentation.
• Track account activity, prepare reports, and provide updates on client interactions and opportunities.
