Strategy

·Support the implementation of directives and recommendations from the Director General, Board of Directors, and CEO by coordinating with concerned units and tracking progress.

·Contribute to institutional resilience planning by following up on the formation of resilience groups and supervising the execution of the comprehensive resilience application map.

Operations

·Manage all correspondence of the CEO’s Office (incoming and outgoing), ensuring accurate documentation, secure filing, and timely responses.

·Prepare reports for the CEO on correspondence outcomes, including follow-up actions and implementation status of recommendations.

·Coordinate internal and external visits, including official tasks, field visits, and executive meetings, ensuring readiness of organizational units for visits by the Director General and the Chairman of the Board of Directors.
