The role involves actively contributing to a youth program by creating a fun educational and caring environment for children of members and guests. Responsibilities include supervising staff and operations engaging with children and parents organizing diverse activities and events maintaining cleanliness and safety standards and supporting the manager with special projects. The position also requires promoting youth programs assisting with registrations addressing behavioral concerns and ensuring excellent guest service. Additional duties include handling transactions maintaining professional conduct and complying with safety and company policies with physical tasks such as lifting and standing for extended periods.
