Pedro de Alcántara Hub offers a full-time Learning Coach role focused on coaching and mentoring learners to become independent and self-directed individuals.

Responsibilities

• Organize Weekly and Sprint meetings, coaching and mentoring learners to become independent and self-directed individuals.
• Implement progress monitoring and event planning, organizing workshops, internships, talks, and engaging activities that foster community and holistic development.
• Manage the hub budget, ensuring accurate record-keeping and efficient supplies procurement.
• Address urgent and smaller matters locally while following guidance from the Operations team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Psychology, Coaching, Youth Development, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• Previous experience working with teenagers or in an educational environment (formal or informal).
