The Gig

We are seeking an experienced Bar Supervisor or Senior Bartender ready to step up, or an established Bar Manager looking for a new home. In this hands-on leadership role, you won’t just be managing from the back; you will be front and center, shaping our bar operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience. Working closely with the Restaurant Manager, you will lead, train, and mentor a close-knit team of 6 to 10 staff, fostering a collaborative culture that matches the inviting warmth of our wood-burning grill.
