Kinesiologist

Status: Permanent Full-Time

Location: 26 North Street, Bridgewater, NS, B4V 2V6

Schedule: Monday - Friday

We are seeking a kinesiologist who will work with employers, union representatives, and physicians to obtain and review medicals, facilitate treatment and return‑to‑work solutions, develop relationships with stakeholders, and provide daily advice.

Responsibilities

• Perform biomechanical, fitness, and functional assessments in collaboration with other registered clinicians and case managers.
• Design, implement, and supervise graded exercise, work conditioning and/or work hardening programs.
• Perform biweekly reassessment of client progress through functional testing.
• Work cooperatively with clients to set and achieve functional goals.
• Provide regular education to clients.
• Collaborate with the inter‑professional team at the clinic.
