Main duties and responsibilities
Contributing to a team culture focused on exceptional service, every time, for everyone. Providing excellent customer service by being attentive, responsive, and friendly. Communicating effectively with clients, guests, and team members Upholding consistent standards in presentation and products, regularly assessing progress based on client feedback to enhance experiences. Contributing to creating a positive work environment Adhering to all Health and Safety guidelines, including proper handling of kitchen equipment and utensils. Adhering to Company rules, and professional standards and procedures (COSHH, EHO, Food Hygiene standards)
