Job Purpose The Kitchen Assistant serves food and beverages with good service, ensures dishes match order tickets, prepares and reinstates work stations, packages food products, operates cooking equipment, and follows safety and hygiene SOPs. The role involves repetitive tasks, long hours of standing, and exposure to hot or cold environments. A neat, polite and team-oriented attitude is required.
