Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the day-to-day operational management
- Provide effective instruction and supervision to site cleaners to ensure the delivery of daily operations across required areas
- Coordinate, assign, and manage tasks and work assignments
- Plan and deliver schedules for specific needs, such as periodic cleaning timetables, by utilizing available manpower and equipment
- Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment
- Able to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
- Island-wide deployment required
- Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Facilities Management or a related discipline
- At least 2-3 years of experience in cleaning, facilities services/management, hospitality, or commercial sectors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Strong analytical and persuasive skills
