Maintain orderliness and safety standards in the NFS food laboratory (kitchen) and preparation room.
Laundering of cleaning cloths and aprons.
Cleaning and maintenance of equipment and utensils.
Organisation of student workstations, including table tops, drawers and sinks after each lesson.
Other related maintenance duties as required.
Manage kitchen equipment and appliances.
Support security and safety procedures by verifying that main gas taps, electrical switches are off and knives are properly secured at the end of the day.
Appropriate storage of leftover items.
Ingredient sorting based on expiry dates.
Food Preparation and Hygiene Management
Transport food ingredients/materials from Level 1 to the NFS kitchens at Level 3.
