Position Overview

            Job Responsibility:  Preparation and production of assorted pastries and puddings 
Ensure all products are produced with consistency and in accordance to the manual and the central kitchen processing SOP. 
Ensure all kitchen equipment are well maintained and cleaned properly according to the food safely standard and procedures 
Receive, pack and store raw ingredients and finished products according to their required temperature 
Basic housekeeping of the central kitchen 
Any ad hoc duties assigned 
 Job Requirements:  5 days work week, including weekends and PH 
At least 1 year central kitchen experience 
Able to stand long hours and work in chilled room temperature (15 degrees) 
Team player, positive and passionate about confectionaries 
Work Location: Chin Bee Drive 
 Additional:  10 days annual leave 
Japan and Asia work trip...
