Key Responsibilities:
β’ Preparefood and beverage menu in accordance with defined standards and recipes.
β’ Trainingkitchen staff on menu and proper methods of food preparation and handling.
β’ Managingand controlling inventory & minimize food wastage.
β’ Keepingkitchen clean and tidy. Assist to close the kitchen properly and follow theclosing checklist for kitchen stations.
β’ Assistingin overseeing the weekly scheduling of all team members.
β’ Promptlyreport food quality or shortage problems to Assistant Kitchen Manager/ Outlet Manager.
β’ Conductingregular inspections of the entire kitchen/dish-washing areas and coolers andpromptly act to correct deficiencies found during inspection and reportingissues to the Assistant Kitchen Manager/ Outlet Manager.
β’ Adheringstrictly to safety and sanitation regulations.
