Position Overview The Kitchen and refrigeration technician is responsible for the maintenance of kitchen and laundry equipment and related appliances in the hotel and makes sure overall equipment are in greatest condition.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Attend daily briefing
- Performs major and/or minor repair and maintenance of kitchen equipment including hot cooking and refrigeration equipment as well Laundry equipment.
- Follow the routine Preventive & corrective Maintenance task activity of kitchen & laundry equipment and recorded accordingly. All electrical and gas operated equipment to be repaired and maintained at high standard.
