Work Flexibility

Hybrid – Expect to work both at a Stryker facility and an alternate workplace. Remote – Majority of time can be performed from an alternate location, subject to managerial agreement. Onsite – 100% located at a Stryker facility. Field‑based – Regularly at customer facilities within a defined territory. Travel – 10% of time.
