Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering, Fashion Design, or any related field;
with significant experience in a knitting or textile manufacturing environment;
with in-depth understanding of knitting machinery (both circular and flat knitting), production processes, yarn types, and fabric quality control is essential.
Strong leadership, team management, and interdepartmental coordination skills.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, are important for coordinating with various department, managing staff, and reporting to senior management.
Responsibilities
Examines knitted fabric article produced to defect variations from standard;
Check/monitor fabric quality;
Report process and equipment issues;
