Cooks – Winter Season

Star Arctic Hotel, situated on the summit of Kaunispää in Finnish Lapland, is looking for cooks to work in its à-la-carte and buffet restaurants during the winter season . The role involves preparing, presenting, and maintaining the quality of dishes while ensuring smooth kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality dishes in either the à-la-carte restaurant or the buffet kitchen.
• Maintain dish presentation and overall kitchen quality.
• Support smooth kitchen operations during busy periods.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a chef role in à-la-carte, buffet, or hotel kitchens.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
• Proactive, responsible work attitude.
• Finnish and/or English language skills.
• Hygiene passport.
• Driving licence and own car for commuting.
