Overview

We are looking for motivated and eager-to-learn employees to join the Danfoss team in Vaasa for frequency converter assembly. In this role you will build modern devices in a tidy work environment alongside experienced colleagues and have the opportunity to progress into quality control, product development, or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

• Assemble frequency converters using cutting‑edge technology.
• Perform varied production tasks in an organized environment.
• Learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
• Assist in quality‑control and development work as skills advance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in production is an advantage but not required.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and teamwork mindset.
• Prepared for shift work; 2‑shift schedule with 3‑shift readiness a plus.
• Basic English skills; Finnish language is not required on some lines. ...
