This role is ideal for someone who values inclusion, community engagement, and culturally responsive support. As a DSP in Meaningful Day Services, you will support adults with IDD in community-based activities, skill-building, and social connections that align with their interests, goals, and cultural background. Your Korean language skills will help ensure participants and families feel understood, respected, and supported.
