Road Breakdown Agents assist company drivers in repairs, breakdowns, and repair instructions either by routing them to terminals or providing direction for on the road repairs. This position also plays a major part in the success of warranty recovery of any failed components on Werner Equipment.

Answer telephone breakdown calls reported by company drivers or customers and input related information into the computer system.
Review and authorize all purchases, repairs, and purchase receipts by drivers, tracking of warranty repairs, truck recalls, notifying the Operations department of trucks due for service.
Communicate with repair facilities or repair shops to monitor repair progress, and to close billing charges and purchase order jobs.
Review and approve computer transmitted reports by drivers via satellite communication for on the road repairs.
Receive and send fax requests to shops pertaining to billing or repair instructions.
