The Role:
Provide day-to-day academic support across KS1, working with pupils individually, in small groups, and as part of whole-class learning. You will help reinforce phonics, early reading, writing, and number work, support classroom routines, prepare simple resources, and work closely with the class teacher to help pupils stay engaged and make progress.
