Performs all or any combination of the following food services, food preparation and general laborer duties, either regularly or on a rotating basis.
- Sets up glasses, silverware, butter, condiments, salads, desserts, bread, and cold beverages on serving counter as instructed. Removes soiled dishes from tables and transports them to the dishwashing unit. Wipes or washes tables.
- Prepares fruits and vegetables by cutting, scraping, chopping, dicing and peeling. Operates an electric potato peeler or other appliances.
- Cleans, scrubs, wipes or washes service equipment such as worktables and refrigerators. Prepares dishes for the dishwasher by separating food waste and trash, prerinsing dishes, and loading dishes in dishwasher. Stacks and stores clean dishes.
