You will report into the Learning and Development Manager based in London. This role is based in East Riding, 30 mins from Hull and 45 mins from York. It is 5 days a week based onsite in a factory setting. The Role As an L&D Advisor you will be responsible for identifying the training needs of the staff onsite so that they are suitably qualified and competent in the role. The scope includes partnering with the Health and Safety team to make sure that all mandatory training is completed and staff are 100% complaint to be working.
