Role Overview
We are looking for skilled and proactive L2 Cloud Engineers with strong experience in Microsoft Azure Cloud Support. The candidate will be responsible for managing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and supporting Azure cloud infrastructure and services in a production environment. The role requires hands-on expertise in incident resolution, operational support, and cloud administration.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide Level 2 support for Azure cloud infrastructure and services.
- Monitor cloud environments and ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests, and operational issues within SLA timelines.
- Manage and support Azure resources including:Virtual MachinesStorage AccountsVirtual NetworksLoad BalancersAzure ADBackup & Recovery
