Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced L2 EUC / Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical support for end users, desktops, laptops, printers, AV devices, network connectivity, and enterprise applications. The ideal candidate should possess strong troubleshooting skills and experience in handling onsite and remote IT support activities.

Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 OS, hardware, and software issues
Install, configure, and support desktops, laptops, and peripherals
