Job Description This is a remote position.
Roles and Responsibilities - Remotely support client IT infrastructure including Microsoft 365 Emails, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, manage and maintain on premise or cloud domain controllers, file and application servers, antivirus/security, firewalls, local wired/wireless networks, server/data backups and recovery.
- Document client IT infrastructure accurately.
- Suggest upgrades to latest technologies to help clients modernise, scale and grow.
- Fluent in English – verbal and email communication.
- Work from home and resolve client IT issues remotely as per agreed SLA.
- Proactive, quick learner, open to learning new IT skills.
- Receive upskilling training from Burhani.
